How financing work for you as the costomer.
Lest say you have a small roof 1000 square ft to keep it simple. My full quote is going to be aprox. 2300$. Now between dispoale of old shingle at the dump and all new shingles, drip edge, underlayment,and down to the last nail your reserch will break it down to rufly 1500$ in material/disposal cost.
That is the only part of the job that I cant tye my self to is the output of money for materials and disposal. If i did all my jobs would bankrupt my company reletivly quik.
So subtracting the 1500$ from the total cost of the contract 2300$ makes you the home owner pay 800$ less upfront for the job. Yes thats 35% of the job and wont even ask about your credit score.
Break up the remainder into a twelve month payment plan and its only 65$ a month ive paid more for internet how about you?
